Membership does not depend on payment
Application and admission are completed without payment. Once approved, the new member has 30 days to begin paying membership fees, following AMIA's instructions.

How it works
A digital association, from first step to last

One code per member
Each membership receives a unique, sequential code (AMIA-2026-PRO-0007). It is issued immediately and sent by e-mail.

Consulta protegida
O código e o e-mail da candidatura são obrigatórios. Nenhuma ficha é apresentada sem correspondência entre os dois.

Zero paper
Joining, validation, documents and communications are all handled through this platform and by e-mail. There are no paper forms.

E-mail notices
Whenever AMIA changes your status, or when payment methods are ready, you receive an e-mail.
States
What each status means
Documents missing
Documentation is missing before we can proceed. See AMIA's note and send what is missing to contacto@amia.co.mz, quoting your code.
Under review
The documents have been received and the application is being reviewed by AMIA's board.
Correction required
AMIA is asking for a correction to the details or documents submitted. See the note and reply to contacto@amia.co.mz, quoting your code.
Active member
You are a full member of AMIA, with access to everything reserved for your category. Membership-fee payment methods will be available from 20 September 2026; you will be notified by e-mail.
Suspended
Your membership has been suspended by decision of AMIA. To resolve this, contact contacto@amia.co.mz quoting your code.
Expired
Your membership has expired. You can renew it by contacting contacto@amia.co.mz.
Rejected
The application was not approved. AMIA's note explains why. You may apply again once you meet the conditions.
Cancelled
This membership has been cancelled — at the member's request or by decision of AMIA. You may apply again at any time.
